The areas set out below require particular support by the international community as a whole in order to enhance resilience for host communities, as well as refugees. They constitute indicative areas relying on contributions from others, including through the arrangements in Part A, to assist in the application of a comprehensive response. They are not intended to be prescriptive, exhaustive, or to create additional impositions or burdens on host countries. All support will be provided in coordination with relevant national authorities in a spirit of close partnership and cooperation, and be linked as relevant to ongoing national efforts and policies.
