Definition
(1) Any person who uses a child or person with physical or mental impairments as a means
for begging shall be sentenced to a penalty of imprisonment for a term of one to three
years.
(2) The penalty to be imposed shall be increased by one half, where the offence is
committed by blood relatives or in-laws including third degree or a spouse.
(3) The penalty to be imposed shall be increased by one fold where the offence is
committed within the framework of the activities of a criminal organisation.
