Definition
(1) Any person who occupies, seizes or takes control of a stationary platform in territorial
waters or an industrial zone by use of threat or violence or by using any other illegal
means, shall be sentenced to a penalty of imprisonment for a term of five to fifteen
years.
(2) An additional penalty shall be imposed as persons are deprived of their liberty in the
course of commission of these offences.
(3) Where an aggravated injury on account of its consequences occurs during the
commission of these offences, the provisions related to intentional injury shall be
applied.
