Charter consists of 19 chapters and 111 articles.  It contains a lot of important information: definitions, principles, rules, relations, procedures - all these are some semantic structures. Some of these structures have names defined in the Charter but most of them are hidden. 

If you want to find something, you can use content and for example look on Chapter VII, Articles 42 or you can just use standard search. This is not so simple and there is some barrier between readers and Charter.

The aim of the structured version of the Charter is to remove mentioned barrier.
