107. Description of unsecured wholesale funding provided by non-financial corporates and sovereigns, central banks, multilateral development banks, and PSEs (LCR, Basel III)

Definition

This category comprises all deposits and other extensions of unsecured funding from non-financial corporate customers (that are not categorised as small business customers) and (both domestic and foreign) sovereign, central bank, multilateral development bank, and PSE customers that are not specifically held for operational purposes (as defined above). The run-off factor for these funds is 40%, unless the criteria in paragraph 108 are met.
