1. Article 8.7 (Most-favoured-nation treatment) is incorporated into and made a part of this Chapter and applies to treatment of financial institutions and investors of the other Party and their investments in financial institutions.

2. The treatment accorded by a Party to investors of a third country and investments of investors of a third country under paragraphs 1 and 2 of Article 8.7 (Most-favourednation treatment) means treatment accorded to financial institutions of a third country and investments of investors of a third country in financial institutions.
