The right for respecting the personal communication (correspondence)

Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union Article 7 Everyone has the right to respect for his or her private and family life, home and communications.
Universal Declaration of Human Rights Article 12 No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.
Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms Article 8, paragraph 1 Everyone has the right to respect for his private and family life, his home and his correspondence.
