The right to protection against violating the obligation of a judge to forward an application to a committee or to a Chamber for further examination, if the single judge does not declare this application inadmissible of if he does not discard this application

Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms	Article 27, paragraph 3	3. If the single judge does not declare an application inadmissible or strike it out, that judge shall forward it to a committee or to a Chamber for further examination.
