The right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law

Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union Title VI., Article 48, paragraph 1 1. Everyone who has been charged shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
Universal Declaration of Human Rights Article 11, paragraph 1 Everyone charged with a penal offence has the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law in a public trial at which he has had all the guarantees necessary for his defence.
Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms Article 6, paragraph 2 2. Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
