The right of everyone, who is charged with a criminal offence, to examine witnesses against him or to have this witness examined

Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms Article 6, paragraph 3/d 3. Everyone charged with a criminal offence has the following minimum rights:

d) to examine or have examined witnesses against him and to obtain the attendance and examination of witnesses on his behalf under the same conditions as witnesses against him;
