The right to protection against being removed, expelled or extracted to the State, where is a possibility of serious risk for him or her to be subjected to the death penalty

Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union	Title II., Article 19, paragraph 2	2. No one may be removed, expelled or extradited to a State where there is a serious risk that he or she would be subjected to the death penalty, torture or other inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.
